English summary

I automate the manual work of small businesses.

I'm Muhammet Emin Akkaya, a final-year Computer Engineering student based in Sakarya, Türkiye. I build software that takes repetitive work off small businesses: orders that arrive on WhatsApp, invoices typed into the e-Archive portal by hand, revenue figures buried in the ERP. The main site is in Turkish; this page is a short summary.

WhatsApp Order Automation (case study in Turkish)

Desktop app that reads order photos and messages posted to a boutique's WhatsApp group, turns them into structured orders with a vision LLM and stores them locally. Shipped 26 updates from field feedback (v1.3.26).

Electron, Node.js, Baileys, GPT-4o / Gemini Vision, SQLite

e-Archive Invoice Automation (case study in Turkish)

  • Pilot

    WhatsAgent (case study in Turkish)

WhatsApp assistant on top of ERP data: balances, statements, stock and daily revenue reports. Every write goes through a two-step approval; a rule engine answers when the LLM is unavailable. 544 automated tests.

Electron, Node.js, SQLite, MSSQL ETL, LLM function calling

  • Preparing for app stores

    LearnCard (case study in Turkish)

My own mobile app: tap a word while reading English to create a flashcard, review with spaced repetition. Works offline with an embedded dictionary; own sync engine.

    Flutter, Riverpod, Drift, Supabase

Also: a multi-tenant backup server in Go (streaming uploads, SHA-256 verification, alerts) and a team notes platform (PocketBase, web PWA, Flutter).
